In February, Kim spoke out on Twitter after she was criticized for using heavy makeup on her face. “It’s psoriasis all over my face,” she said. She’s been more open about her struggles since then.

She admitted in a tweet that the condition, which was she was diagnosed with in 2011, has gotten a lot worse. “I’ve never seen it like this before and I can’t even cover it at this point. It’s taken over my body,” she said.
