Skin Tags & More! Kim Kardashian Exposes Nasty Never-Before-Seen Glimpses Of Her Pregnancy Body Problems

On the season's finale of KUWTK, reality TV star Kim Kardashian — who recently shared Saint West's first baby picture — showed the world the bad side of being pregnant.

Like puffy ankles, for example. "I just went to the doctor. Someone help me take my boots off," Kim pleaded before exposing her "swollen feet," as sister Khloe Kardashian pointed out.

"What does he say about that?" Kourtney Kardashian asked, to which a pregnant Kim replied, "He says he thinks it's the Preeclampsia coming back."  

"I have a little bit of high blood pressure and I have protein in my urine, which are both indications of Preesclamsia," she explained. "So I have to deliver before Thanksgiving."  

But as Star readers know, a case of bloated extremities is far from the only complication the 34-year-old experienced during her pregnancy of Saint. "My baby is breach," a worried Kim explained. "The delivery is way more scary to me because I have to get the baby turned and in the right position, otherwise there could be some complications…"

"I get these awful cramps every time I sit up," she complained.  

Later in the episode, Kim revealed that due to pregnancy hormones, she was also suffering from "skin tags" and that despite having them "burned off" before "they never came off."
