Kris Jenner Worries About Kim's Health After Selfie Without Makeup

A bare-faced Kim Kardashian was spotted in her car on March 8 arriving for a much-needed sweat sesh in L.A.  

As Star readers know, the KUWTK star has been having a tough time shredding the 70 lbs. she gained as a result the birth of baby Saint West, and the pressure is starting to take its toll.  

Not only is her weight loss obsession starting to show on the star's Instagram page — her "slut-shaming" selfie caused a major celebrity back lash — but according to what sources told RadarOnline, Kim's bizarre behavior transcends far beyond her social media.  

“She’s in really bad shape and sometimes has to be dragged out of bed,” the source revealed. “She’ll burst into tears over nothing and then lash out and storm off to her bedroom, where she’ll stay for hours.”  

Momager Kris Jenner fears her daughter might be suffering from "post-natal depression," but sister Kourtney Kardashian believes Kim is just "depressed over her body shape and insecure over Kylie [Jenner] stealing all the limelight.”
