In the new trailer, Kim Kardashian breaks down over a health crisis, telling her family that she “probably” has lupus. Plus, Khloe deals with the dramatic aftermath of her Tristan Thompson breakup.

Khloe, 34, was also filmed at baby True’s first birthday party in April. She seemed to get super upset when Tristan, 28, arrived.
