This week, Kim, 37, released three new perfumes with KKW Fragrance. All three bottle designs were based on her Kimojis. One is a cherry, one a peach, and one is a black speech bubble that says “VIBES.” She’s been sharing all three bottles all over social media.

The problem is Vibes Media says they came up with the “Vibes” design first! Their logo is a blue speech bubble that says “vibes.” The company wants damages and an injunction to keep the reality star from selling more products. And, they want all the unsold perfume to be destroyed!

Kim’s reps haven’t released a comment, but if her social media is any indication, the beauty mogul is unfazed.
