She shared with her followers that since baby True was born fourteen weeks ago, she’s already lost 33 pounds. The new mom explained herself
in a blog post on her app. “After I had True, I didn't put any pressure on myself to lose the baby weight,” she wrote. “I just wanted to get back to my regular routine from before I got pregnant, which was working out five to six times a week.” What Khloé decides as low pressure would be intense for most new moms!

“True turned 3 months old on July 12. I honestly didn't give myself a number that I wanted to lose by this time, especially since I wasn't able to work out for the first six weeks,” she continued. “But, since then, I've lost 33 pounds! I'm shocked that I lost that much weight that quickly.”

“I never compare myself to other women as every woman has their own journey,” she wrote. “We also all have different priorities in our day-to-day lives. One of mine is having that one hour where I can be selfish and alone in my place of refuge.” Of course, Khloé has a huge support network to help take care of baby True while she takes that hour for herself.

Last month, Khloé struck back at rumors that she was on a drastic diet. “It’s really setting the wrong tone.”
“Dieting is great but dieting doesn’t typically create long lasting results,” she said in a follow-up tweet, emphasizing her exercise-first approach.
On June 21, she tweeted about how her fitness journey was progressing. “My body has a ways to go but I’m completely fine with that. I just wish I knew how to dress my body at the moment,” she wrote. Fans filled her replies with comfy suggestions like leggings and maxi dresses.
