But Khloe told her guests that she kept Caitlyn away. “Caitlyn wanted to come and say hi to Lamar, Lamar did not know about Caitlyn at that time,” Khloe recalled about his near-fatal overdose. “Lamar was in a coma, and Lamar was in the hospital for four months, and I kept Lamar very sheltered.”

“During that time, when Caitlyn was transitioning, but also prior to Lamar’s accident, Lamar was not in the best state. I wasn’t there to see him, but… I can’t guarantee he was watching television,” Khloe said.

“So when Caitlyn wanted to come and visit Lamar for the first time, that was in the hospital — I wanted to respect Caitlyn being Caitlyn, but I also didn’t feel comfortable in Lamar’s healing, him seeing someone that he knew that was once a man, somebody else,” added the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star.

As Star previously reported, Khloe hid more than just Caitlyn’s transition from Lamar. During her Ellen DeGeneres Show appearance on Nov. 13, the 31-year-old star confessed she was keeping her ex in the dark about everything that occurred the night he was rushed to the hospital.

But more recently, Star readers know that Khloe has had a setback with Lamar after he was caught at a bar during the Easter weekend right before he was spotted heading to church with the Kardashian clan.
