11 Explosive Developments As Michael Strahan & Kelly Ripa’s Show Drama Heats Up

The 45-year-old was spotted leaving her Upper East Side home, with a smile and book in tow.

She was headed to enjoy her day off, as she's reportedly not returning to LIVE With Kelly and Michael until at least Tuesday.

Rather than face the cameras, she's rumored to be leaving for Turks and Caicos with her family to celebrate her anniversary with Mark Consuelos.

The host was noticeably absent from the morning TV show on April 20 — the day after it was announced that co-host Michael Strahan was leaving in September for a full-time position on Good Morning America.

As Star previously reported, Kelly was not notified of the shocking announcement beforehand, and was "livid" at the move.

But the 44-year-old ex-NFL star doesn't seem to care.

Michael appeared on Good Morning America with Robin Roberts, Lara Spencer, and George Stephanopoulos on April 21, and made it clear he was happy to join them come fall.

He also gave Kelly a shoutout, saying, "I'm going to miss everybody at Live. I've been sitting next to Kelly every day and having a lot of fun on that show for the last four years. I'm very thankful for her—to her—because I learned so much from her."

"I was so new to all of this," he added. "If it weren't for her, if it weren't for Michael Gelman [an executive producer] and the staff there that really boosted me up and made me look a lot better than I really am, I never would have had a chance to be here. But I'm grateful that I'm here. And we're on the same network. I'm just right over here a little bit earlier now, but we're the same team, same family, same network."
