Jamie Foxx and Katie Holmes have successfully kept their secret romance under wraps, but one of his close friends spilled the beans on June 21.

Ex-Real Housewives of Atlanta star Claudia Jordan confirmed to E! News that Jamie and Katie are officially a couple.

"He is very happy with her," Claudia told the publication. "I like that he seems very happy."

Their romance sparked interest when they were caught dancing together at a charity event in the Hamptons in 2013. Even though Jamie has shut down rumors repeatedly since then, more clues kept mounting up that they were more than friends.

What's more, the two have been on top of their game about keeping their future plans quiet, too. Star readers know that Katie has been showing off a diamond ring all over town in recent weeks.

Reps for both actors deny the engagement, but a source told OK! magazine that they're ready to tie the knot. "As much as Katie guards her privacy, its been the one thing hold them back," said the insider, adding Katie, 37, and Jamie, 48, have feared upsetting his close friend and her ex, Tom Cruise.
