Deadly Car Crash Saga Continues — Caitlyn Jenner Decides To Settle First Lawsuit

In a recent development regarding Caitlyn's fatal car accident, the 66-year-old reportedly decided to settle – amount unkown – with agent to the stars, Jessica Streindroff, on Dec 30.

As Star previously reported, in February of this year, the transgender activist was part of a multiple vehicle crash that left one person dead.

Jessica soon filed civil suit against Caitlyn, stating that she had incurred several injuries as a result of the fatal accident.

Though Caitlyn was also left to face another lawsuit – this time for a staggering $18.5 million – from the family of Kim Howe, the woman killed in the crash - the star’s biggest fear was that of possible criminal charges being filed against her.

Luckily for Caitlyn, after having spent weeks in anxious anticipation, the I Am Cait actress was informed no charges for manslaughter would be filed, and that she would not be required to spend time behind bars.
