Careful, JoJo! 'Bachelorette' Star Robby Hayes Nabbed For Multiple Boozy Crimes — Inside His Shady Past

Watch out, JoJo Fletcher! Robby Hayes, pictured here in past modeling photo-shoots, has a sketchy history with alcohol.

Viewers of The Bachelorette recently witnessed 27-year-old Robby's drunken truth or dare antics as he exposed his private parts in a hotel hallway.

However, while that incident may have been all fun and games, his arrest record is no joking matter.

Back in 2012, he was pulled over and arrested for DUI and reckless driving after he was allegedly caught swerving in traffic, Radar reports.

“I observed the defendant to have bloodshot and watery eyes,” the police report read. “I smelled a moderate odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from the defendant as he spoke to me. The defendant’s speech was slurred and talked with a thick tongue.”

Robby declined a field sobriety test, and the charges were later dropped.

However, it was not his first alcohol-related run-in with the law.

Back in 2009 he was caught with a beer in a parking lot, and was ordered to appear in court. That case was dropped in 2010.
