Julia Roberts and husband Danny Moder are still keeping the love alive after 23 years of marriage.
The 57-year-old Oscar winner sat down with Entertainment Tonight recently to chat about her new film After the Hunt when she was asked about what “element” brings her happiness. “In life?” Roberts quipped. “I think it changes all the time,” her costar Andrew Garfield shared.
However, the Runaway Bride star chimed in: “Mine doesn’t.” She then went on to note that Moder, who she wed in 2002, was her constant source of joy.
“I knew you were going to say that!” castmate Ayo Edebiri interjected. “Never changes. Never changes,” Roberts said. “Sometimes more. Sometimes medium.”
The Pretty Woman actress met the cinematographer on set of the film The Mexican. They are parents to twins Hazel and Phinnaeus, 20, and son Henry, 18.

Roberts previously opened up about raising a family in 2022 when she spoke to CBS News Sunday Morning.
“When I’m not working, [being a homemaker] is my full-time job. It isn’t rainbows and kittens every day, but it does bring me a lot of joy,” she explained. “It’s just never consumed me, being an actor. It is my dream come true, but it is not my only dream come true.”
“The life that I have built with my husband [and] the life that we’ve built with our children, that’s the best stuff. To come home at the end of the day, triumphantly, to them,” Roberts noted.
She also couldn’t help but get mushy about the handwritten love notes that she and Moder pen to each other. “The first letter he ever wrote me, which was seven pages long, I still have it tucked away,’” Roberts said. “One day, I’ll show it to Hazel and say, ‘That’s what you’re looking for.'”
