When Jessica Alba announced in a 2025 Instagram post that she and Cash Warren were divorcing after 16 years of marriage, she said they’d be “moving forward with love and kindness and respect for each other.”
Warren, 47, “maintains he’s kept his side of the street clean but Jessica’s wrecked all that by … packing on the PDA with this cheesy new boyfriend of hers and making sure everyone on planet Earth gets a front row ticket,” reveals a source. “For him, it’s totally out of line and proof that she’s having some type of midlife crisis.”
As Star previously reported, Ramirez, 33, posted a carousel of photos from his and Alba’s recent trip to Mexico to Instagram, including a snap of the Honest Company founder, 45, planting a kiss on his cheek.
“Jessica, of course, says it’s a classic case of Cash having sour grapes,” dishes the source. “He’s obviously struggling to move on and trying to burst her bubble by acting all snarky and bitter.”

According to Page Six, Warren and Alba steered clear of each other at their 17-year-old daughter Honor‘s high school graduation in LA on Thursday, May 28.
“To their credit, they’re not getting into any face-to-face fights, just keeping their distance and communicating about the kids in a very unemotional, matter-of-fact manner,” Star‘s source says of the former couple, who also share daughter Haven, 14, and son Hayes, 8.
“But the resentment is there on both sides, which is a crying shame as they both vowed when they split that it wouldn’t end up this way,” notes the source.
