Jessica Alba Ready to Marry New Beau Danny Ramirez: ‘They’ll Be Husband and Wife Within the Next Year’ (Exclusive)

Jessica Alba is head over heels for new man Danny Ramirez and they’re making plenty of plans for 2026. A source tells Star that she’s already eyeing him up as marriage material, even though her divorce from Cash Warren isn’t legally finalized just yet.

“Jessica is reorienting her life around Danny and in her eyes, it’s for a good reason,” the source explains. “Danny is a real gem with an incredibly likable, fun personality to match his athlete body. The guy is incredibly charming and Jessica is at a juncture in her life where she needed to be appreciated and romanced again after years of raising kids with Cash and dealing with personal setbacks all along the way.”

The source adds that Ramirez has “lightened up” Alba’s “entire life,” and “she’s happier than she has been in years!”

“Danny also has real heat on his career and is a big part of the 2026 Avengers movie,” the source continues. “He’s not with Jessica because he’s desperate for clout. He’s with her because they have genuine chemistry and an intense mutual respect.”

The source also says that the couple’s age gap — Alba is 44 and Ramirez is 33 —  isn’t slowing anything down when it comes to their relationship. “There’s a bit of an age difference between them, but Danny is a mature guy and he may be a little cocky, but he’s not an egomaniac and he isn’t anything like Cash when it comes to his attitude and the way he is around Jessica.”

Ramirez treats Alba “like royalty and she loves every second of it.”

“They’ll be husband and wife within the next year because things are going so strongly in that direction,” the source says, “and Danny isn’t going to screw this up.”

Alba was previously married to Warren, 46, after the two met on the set of her film The Fantastic Four in 2006. They exchanged vows in 2008, but Alba filed for divorce earlier in February, citing “irreconcilable differences.”
