Loved ones are urging Justin Bieber to get himself in check by seeking treatment for his anger issues before they totally derail his life.
“Justin has done so much work on himself, but he still has a very short fuse,” a source tells Star. “He can get triggered so easily, especially in high-pressure situations, and when that happens, he just doesn’t seem to have the tools to handle it in a calm way.”
Bieber’s alleged confrontation with Usher is the perfect example, adds the source.
On Thursday, March 19, TMZ reported that the “Sorry” singer, 32, got into a heated exchange with his former mentor, 47, at Beyonce and Jay-Z’s Oscars afterparty.
“He was put in an uncomfortable position,” the source says of Bieber, who shares 19-month-old son Jack with wife Hailey, “and instead of just walking away, he lashed out.”

It wasn’t an isolated incident either, says Star’s source.
“There have been a lot of other flare-ups in the last few months, to the point that Hailey wants him to get some help,” the source reveals. “She’s incredibly supportive and always has his back, but that doesn’t mean she’s just going to sweep this under the rug.”
Back in June, Bieber opened up about his struggles on Instagram.
“Don’t you think if I could have fixed myself I would have already,” he told fans. “I know I’m broken. I know I have anger issues. I tried to do the work my whole life to be like the people who told me I needed to be fixed like them. And it just keeps making me more tired and more angry.”
Hailey, 29, isn’t giving up on him, though.
“For the sake of his own well-being, she wants him to address this,” says the source.
