Justin Bieber Admits Emotional Struggles, Says ‘I Know I’m Broken’ Amid Ongoing Concerns for His Well-Being
Justin Bieber has opened up about his issues as fans continue to worry that he’s spiraling.
On Monday, June 16, the pop star, 31, posted an Instagram reel featuring a candid message written on a purple background in response to people telling him he needs to improve himself.
“People keep telling me to heal. Don’t you think if I could have fixed myself I would have already?” he began his post. “I know I’m broken. I know I have anger issues. I tried to do the work my whole life to be like the people who told me I needed to be fixed like them. And it just keeps making me more tired and more angry.”
The singer-songwriter continued, “The harder I try to grow the more focused on myself I am. Jesus is the only one who keeps me wanting to make my life about others. Because honestly I’m exhausted with thinking about myself lately aren’t you?”

Fans took to the comment section to encourage Justin to get off his phone as he has been on a major posting spree.
“Take a break from social media bro, this is what makes it worse. Just shut it all off and focus on you. God bless 🙏🏼,” one fan wrote.
“Step one, take a break from the media,” a second fan commented.
“Brother you need to set the phone down and get away from it all for a little while. That’s where the healing will come,” a third fan penned. “Sending love from one man to another ❤️🤞🏼.”

On Sunday, Justin celebrated his first Father’s Day. (The “Peaches” singer welcomed son Jack Blues with wife Hailey Bieber in August 2024.)
Justin posted a black-and-white selfie and captioned it, “I’m a dad that’s not to be f**ked with 🖕🏼.”
He also showed off his Father’s Day gifts in a separate post, which included two Prada backpacks and a gold Audemars Piguet watch.
“Happy daddy day to me u lil ho,” he captioned the photo.
While Hailey, 28, was seen sitting at the piano with Jack in some of Justin’s photos, she did not make a Father’s Day post for her hubby.
A source told Star last week, “She’s always the one supporting him emotionally and now she needs his support — she’s committed to growing her brand. She needs Justin to be her partner, not another responsibility.”

Concerns have continued to mount from fans, as Justin also went off on paparazzi on Thursday, June 12, at Soho House in Malibu.
According to a video shared by TMZ, Justin told paparazzi to “get out of [his] f**king face.”
Back in February, Justin’s rep shut down reports that he was using hard drugs, telling TMZ that the rumors about him are “exhausting and pitiful and shows that despite the obvious truth, people are committed to keeping negative, salacious, harmful narratives alive.”
