For two decades — at a reported $5 million per year — the Mad Max: Fury Road star was the face of Dior’s J’Adore perfume. The company, er, adored her so much, they re-upped her contract to make her the label’s first ambassador for its high-end jewelry and skin care lines. It’s a far cry for the 50-year-old’s early days as a model in Germany, where she took “crappy” catalogue work because it paid well. “I told the agency, ‘Look, I’m not trying to be a supermodel, and I don’t want to be in magazines. I need three grand a day for the next six months,’” she recalled.

In 2024, Coca-Cola had to clear up a rumor that the company had dropped the singer after she endorsed Kamala Harris for president. The 36-year-old had teamed up with Diet Coke back in 2013 for a reported $26 million, saying the soda “just ‘gets me’ and my lifestyle.” Now worth an estimated $1.6 billion, Tay recently revealed on The Late Show with Stephan Colbert her favorite recent purchase: buying back her master recordings to regain complete control over her music. She said with pride, “That’s how I spent my Eras tour money.”

The Pretty Woman star became the global ambassador for Lancôme, signing a $20 million deal with the beauty brand that reportedly grew to $50 million. Just another payday for the star, who commanded $20 million for 2000’s Erin Brockovich and became one of the only actresses to earn as much as male counterparts like Tom Cruise and Tom Hanks. “When I’m working, I work very hard,” the 58-year-old has said of her worth. “I’m ready. I’m on time. I’m prepared. I’m happy. I’m all-in. So, show me the money.”

The 64-year-old has made a reported $40 million-plus as the charming face of Nespresso coffee and Omega luxury watches. Now the Oscar winner has been spotted shooting an ad for the food delivery service Grubhub. But he doesn’t say yes to everything. “I was offered $35 million for one day’s work for an airline commercial,” he once revealed to The Guardian, adding that after consulting with his wife Amal, a human rights attorney, he turned it down because the company was associated with a “questionable” country. “If it takes a minute’s sleep away from me,” he explained. “It’s not worth it.”

The “Run the World” singer faced backlash from public health advocates after she inked a $50 million, multi-year deal with Pepsi in the 2010s. But the 44-year-old ignored accusations she was promoting obesity by slapping her face on soda cans. Recently hitting billionaire status, Bey told GQ she’s made “an extreme effort” to stay true to her boundaries, adding, “No amount of money is worth my peace.”
