Britney Spears’ Son Sean Preston Removes ‘Spears’ From Instagram Handle Hours After Adding It

Britney Spears‘ older son, Sean Preston, switched up his Instagram handle twice in one day.

On Thursday, April 2, TMZ reported that Sean Preston, 20, changed his Instagram username from Sean Preston to Sean P Spears, incorporating the 44-year-old pop star’s last name. However, the username is now back to Sean Preston.

While Sean Preston has over 23,000 followers on the app, his account remains private, and he has zero posts at the time of publication.

In addition Sean Preston, the “Toxic” hitmaker shares son Jayden James, 19, with ex-husband Kevin Federline, whom she was married to from 2004 to 2007.

The Grammy Award winner has had a rocky relationship with her two sons over the years, but has been spending quality time with them recently. Spears shared a video on Instagram earlier this week of her enjoying time on a boat with her boys.

As Star previously reported, the “Womanizer” singer is facing legal trouble as she was arrested for a DUI on March 4.

“This was an unfortunate incident that is completely inexcusable. Britney is going to take the right steps and comply with the law and hopefully this can be the first step in long overdue change that needs to occur in Britney’s life,” a representative for Spears told Star at the time. “Hopefully, she can get the help and support she needs during this difficult time.”

“Her boys are going to be spending time with her,” the rep continued. “Her loved ones are going to come up with an overdue needed plan to set her up for success for well being.”

Meanwhile, a source told Star on March 16 that Jayden has actually “become a huge emotional support for her and [is] doing things for her that her assistants usually do, like running errands,” noting he “does it all with a great attitude.”
