It’s not easy seeing an ex again, but even worse, it’s harder to explain to your partner that you will ‘have’ to see your ex again. At least, that seems to be the case for Ryan Gosling.
Ryan, 34, and ex-girlfriend Sandra Bullock, 50, will be working on The Big Short set in New Orleans, but Eva Mendes may not know about him joining forces with his past flame.

The two split on good terms after ending their two year relationship that began in 2002, so it’s not surprising that he still “cares about her,” a source tells OK!. Luckily for Eva, the source also says “there’s no chemistry left” between Ryan and Sandra since it’s been a long time. Yet Ryan still doesn’t want to share the news because he doesn’t see the harm in the situation.

So, what’s to hide if no feelings are involved?
“Ryan hates confrontation, and Eva never backs down from a fight,” the insider tells OK!. “It’s easier to go behind her back.” Ouch!
