As Teresa and Joe Giudice continue to anxiously await their upcoming court date, a small victory has been made in the couple’s legal battle. Star can reveal that the entire case between the Giudices and Joe’s former business partner, Joe Mastropole, has been dismissed.
Last week, a judge dismissed civil claims by Mastropole against Teresa, and most of his case against Joe. However, the door was still left open for the reality star’s ex-partner to seek punitive damages against Joe for forging his name on mortgage documents. Now, the case has been dismissed in its entirety.
“This is a HUGE victory for the Giudice family and for their ongoing criminal case that is taking new turns by the day,” the couple’s legal coach and crisis manager, Wendy Feldman, said.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey stars pled guilty to the multiple fraud charges against them. They’re due in court for sentencing on July 8.
