The public has been fairly critical of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s choice of baby name, North West, but could we all be mocking something that actually has significance to the couple?
A source close to the duo reportedly reveals that the name “North” is more than a direction to go with Kanye’s last name. Really, the name is allegedly a metaphor for “up.” “What’s North of North? Nothing,” the source explains. Kim and Kanye supposedly feel that their baby is the highest point of their relationship, hence the name.
Okay, so even if this is the real reason behind little Nori’s name, it still doesn’t take away from the fact that their child will have to grow up with the name North…West. Just saying.
