There’s still about two months until Kelly Clarkson walks down the aisle, but the singer just can’t get enough of wedding talk…which is evident from her new country single “Tie It Up.” On Tuesday, the first American Idol winner released the video for the tune, and clearly, she’s got marriage on her mind!
The vid goes back and forth through several different weddings, with Kelly performing in white at a reception. The singer jumps along to the upbeat tune and can’t seem to stop smiling and flashing her own giant engagement ring during the performance.
At the conclusion of the clip, Kelly catches the bride’s bouquet with a wink — which is fitting, because her own wedding is coming up in October. After years of scrutiny for her lack of relationships, the 31-year-old got engaged to Brandon Blackstock in December 2012, less than a year after they began dating. The wedding is set to take place in Nashville.
