Immediately following her highly-anticipated livestream on Monday, Taylor Swift publicly put her new video for “Shake It Off” on Vevo. The 4-minute clip debuted at the end of her fan chat.
In the vid, professional dancers of all styles show off their skills, with the 24-year-old in each scene, showing off her own unique moves. The concept is an ode to her talked-about “white girl” dancing at award shows, which has been caught on cameras and made into GIFs and memes on several occasions.
As Taylor described in the livestream, “Shake It Off,” the first single off her upcoming album 1989, discusses how she decides to deal with all the rumors and speculation spread about her in the media — by letting it go, rather than letting it get to her. Check out the video above!
1989 hits stores on Oct. 27.
