No post-baby body struggles here! Kate Middleton made her first public appearance since giving birth to Prince George on Fri., Aug. 30. The outing comes just five and a half weeks after the Prince’s July 15 birth, and already, the new mom is looking back to her old self.
In an unscheduled appearance, the Duchess of Cambridge greeted fans and guests at the Ring O’ Fire Anglesey Coastal Ultra Marathon in Wales with her husband, Prince William. Kate’s first official appearance wasn’t scheduled until Sept. 12 at the Tusk Trust Awards, so her presence was quite the pleasant surprise.
The Duchess revealed that baby George is doing “very well,” and was sleeping while his parents attended the marathon. Prince William announced the start of the 135-mile race, while Kate reportedly decided to tag along to show her gratitude for all of the recent support she’s received.
