Hilary Duff‘s ex-husband Mike Comrie is cooperating with the Los Angeles Police Department as they probe into a woman’s rape allegations against him.
According to RadarOnline.com, the former NHL star, 36, surrendered his DNA to officials working on the case.
As Star reported, Mike met a woman — whom he now claims he’s known for years — at a bar last month. After they went back to his LA condo, she alleged he raped her during a three-way romp with another woman. The accuser reportedly left his pad in a hurry and immediately checked into Cedars-Sinai Medical Center to have a rape kit performed.
Star readers know that just a few weeks later, Hilary, 29, was spotted alongside Mike having dinner in LA.
