‘Teen Mom 2’ Alum Kailyn Lowry Is Considering Having Baby No. 8: ‘I Would Have More’
Teen Mom 2 alum Kailyn Lowry might not be done having children after all.
The mother of seven, 33, said she “could go either way” when it comes to growing her family with boyfriend Isaac Knighton.
“I would have more. It’s not a dealbreaker for me in any way, shape or form,” Lowry said in a Patreon interview on Tuesday, January 27, according to The U.S. Sun. “But I think when you fall in love with someone in a real way, naturally you want to procreate with them.”
The former reality star is already mother to son Elliott, 16, whom she welcomed while filming MTV’s 16 & Pregnant with ex-boyfriend Jo Rivera. She then married Javi Marroquin and welcomed son Lincoln, 12. She also shares sons Lux, 8, and Creed, 5, with ex Chris Lopez, as well as son Rio, 3, and twins, Verse and Valley, 2, with ex Elijah Scott.
After the birth of her twins in November 2023, Lowry revealed she had her “tubes cut out.”
“When I was signing the paperwork for the tubes, they were like, ‘You could have [several side effects],’” she said during a January 2024 episode of her Barely Famous podcast. “In the side effects they include regret. I was like, ‘Oh, seven kids, I would never regret this.’ I would be lying if I didn’t have quick glimmers of thought [after it was done].”
It appears she’s changed her tune in the last two years after splitting from Scott and meeting her current boyfriend, Knighton.
“I would be lying if I said I didn’t think about having a child with him,” she told Patreon listeners.
