A Utah truck driver, given the nickname "Vampire Trucker" for his fake fangs, is looking at 20 years in prison after
he admitted to holding women hostage in the back of his semi while he used them as sex slaves.

Both an 18-year-old woman and his 19-year-old relative came forward to identify Timothy Jay Vafeades, who they claim tricked them into the back of his semi.

The sick trucker is currently being held in the Davis County Jail in Salt Lake City. His sentencing hearing is scheduled for Nov. 2.
