Tori, 45, posted a photo of herself sitting on a couch with Candy and her five kids — Liam, 11, Stella, 10, Hattie, 7, Finn, 6, and Beau, 22 months. She wrote in the caption, “As a family we did some fun things this past weekend but the highlight was Sunday night dinner with Grandma.”

A large roadblock in their relationship has been money struggles. Candy wrote in her 2014 memoir, Candy At Last, about how she and Aaron spoiled their kids too much by giving them money.

“My husband and I handed everything to our children, only later to realize that pushing up your shirtsleeves and digging in your heels is character building,” she

Sources told
Us Weekly in October 2018 that Candy is already helping Tori out by paying for her kids to go to private school. “They are very close now and actively working through their issues,” a source told the mag.
