Even though the singer refused to mention Nick's name, he made sure that the world knew what he thought had happened in both cases. "It's not a mystery to me," the 47-year-old artist claimed in the upcoming 20/20 interview. "The same thing that happened to my daughter is what happened to Whitney," adding that, "There's only one person that was around both occasions."

Nick's attorney slammed back in a statement to
People Magazine, and he didn't hold back."We have repeatedly said that Nick Gordon is innocent of any wrongdoing," he insisted. "He has not been charged with any crime."
