Step Monster! Leah Messer Explodes After Miranda Simms Refuses To Help Step Daughter Ali With Muscular Dystrophy

Leah Messer's daughter Ali suffers from muscular dystrophy, but there's one person that's acting like she didn't get the memo — Ali's stepmother, Miranda Simms!  

The Teen Mom star — who's no stranger to bad parenting backlash — slammed her ex hubby Corey Simms' new wife for failing to take care of her 6-year-old daughter as she deems fit.  

According to the show's recent clip, Miranda refused to help Ali carry her heavy backpack, despite the child's debilitating condition that soon will have her permanently in a wheelchair.  

“I can’t watch it without getting angry or wanting to cry… I don’t know what to do,” Leah dished to her cousin Victoria after Ali told her the heartbreaking news. “Carry the f**king backpack too!”  

“What do I do?” Leah continued. “I want to save them. I want to make them feel better, I want to rescue them and I can’t. There’s nothing I can do and they’re my kids.”  

“It is Corey’s fault just as much as it is Miranda’s,” she blasted about her ex. “I would have never, ever thought he would allow this to ever happen to our kids.”
