Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick have reunited in Costa Rica on vacation with their three kids: Mason, 9, Penelope, 6, and Reign, 4. The family of five were spotted with Kim and Kanye West’s famous brood. Scott’s 20-year-old girlfriend, Sofia, was excluded from the getaway, even though the trio have gone on vacation together before. Her interesting absence comes just weeks after Kris Jenner said she thinks Kourtney is still in love with Scott.
