Kim Richards Finally Stopped Living Out Of Her Car—Why Her New Home Is Even More Of A Mystery

After her latest rehab stint, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has found a new place to live in Westwood, California—and it doesn’t come cheap. The condo may be small with just one bedroom and one bath, but the building’s fancy amenities cause monthly rent to range anywhere from $3,000 to $5,000.

Still, a question remains: how is she paying for it? Prior to this, the 51-year-old was basically homeless after her family refused to take her in after she ditched rehab.

Furthermore, she had been fired from RHOBH, leaving her without a source of income.

Bravo cut the reality star following her April arrest at the Beverly Hills Hotel and shoplifting over 100 items from Target. Kim was sentenced to 52 Alcoholics Anonymous meetings and 30 days of community labor and was checked into rehab by her family as well.

Despite her rough past, Kim told fellow RHOBH member and good friend Brandi Glanville that she’s “just enjoying life.” The positive words were aired on the Brandi Glanville Unfiltered podcast on Oct. 21.

Kim continued to say, “I’m living in the now, living in the present. If I look too far back or too far forward, it’s kind of crazy and I get fearful. Living in the present for me is just the best way and the only way for me.”
