Just days after Katie Holmes was reportedly spotted leaving Jamie Foxx's dressing room during his performance in Brooklyn, the actor was already caught checking out another woman!

Jamie was on his way to the Kiwanis Chili Cook in Malibu, Calif., on Sept. 2, but he didn't look like he was attending the event by himself.

The 48-year-old rounded up some pals to go with him — plus, one female friend he couldn't help but check out her assets.

As Star reported, this wouldn't be the first time that Katie, 37, may be questioning her man's trust. Earlier this summer, Jamie was caught getting flirty and holding hands with another woman.

As Star readers know, Jamie and Katie are protective about keeping their three-year romance out of the spotlight — even going as far to keep all of their wedding plans underwraps.
