Cynthia Bailey's Husband Peter Thomas Receives Terrifying Phone Call After Assault Accusation

As Star readers know, the Real Housewives of Atlanta hubby was accused of attacking a man at Sports One, a local bar in Charlotte, N.C.  

Though the 55-year-old restaurateur maintained that “no assault occurred,” and that his accuser, Brandon Patrick Link, 45, simply tripped and fell on ice, sources confirmed that police are still determined to charge him with criminal assault.

But state officials aren’t the only ones Cynthia Bailey's husband has to worry about.  

According to a Charlotte-Mecklenburg police report obtained by RadarOnline, just hours after the incident took place on Jan 24., a man called the bar at 2:30 am and “verbally communicated a threat to physically hurt the owner [Peter].”

One of the hostesses was so terrified after the phone call, she decided to call the police, who informed her that the man who had threatened Peter had been “asked to leave the business” earlier that night.
