Cynthia Bailey’s Final Straw! Peter Thomas Accused Of Assault In Bar Brawl

According to news station WBTV, the 55 year-old RHOA star was accused of attacking a man at Sports One, a local bar in Charlotte, N.C.  

Police reports that were obtained exclusively by Radar Online revealed that the alleged victim, Brandon Patrick Link, 45, claimed he was “assaulted” by Peter, and later hospitalized for minor injuries.

Even though on-scene cops maintain that “no assault occurred,” a Mecklenburg District Court spokesperson confirmed that officials are still determined to charge the restaurateur with criminal assault.

However, reports state that Peter tells a very different version. He maintains Link was so drunk, he was tossed out of the bar by security, and then hurt himself by slipping on ice.

But this isn't the only problem Peter has to worry about. As Star readers know, he was caught on camera acting inappropriately with a mystery woman, and his marriage to wife Cynthia Bailey, 47 has been on the verge of divorce ever since.
