Twice The Mourning – Celine Dion Attends Brother’s Memorial Only One Day After Husband Rene Angelil’s Funeral

Accompanied by her mom and sister, the  singer arrived to burry her brother in the town of Charlevoix, Quebec  

As Star reader know, brother Daniel Dion, 59, lost his battle with cancer on Jan 16., as confirmed by Celine’s publicist, and was reportedly on his death bed the day after the singer’s husband, Rene Angelil, passed away.

As Star reported, Rene passed away on Jan 14., at the age of 79, after losing a 17-year-long battle with throat cancer.  

Celine said her final goodbye to her husband, during his funeral Jan 22. The 47-year-old was devastated throughout the entire ceremony.  

But unlike her husband's funeral which was attended by thousands and broadcast live on television, Daniel’s memorial was only attended by a handful of family members. Celine even decided to leave her son Rene-Charles, and twin brothers Eddy and Nelson at home.
