Nicole Kidman Reveals Why Her Daughters Won’t Watch Her Latest Raunchy Film ‘Babygirl’
Nicole Kidman has been steaming up screens big and small with her work in everything from Big Little Lies to The Perfect Couple, showing viewers that women can be sexy at any age. But the 57-year-old recently admitted she’s a little squeamish about her teens, Sunday, 16, and 14-year-old Faith, watching Babygirl, her latest film about a middle-aged exec who explores her sexuality with her much-younger intern (Harris Dickinson), citing the movie’s intense scenes between the two.
“Well, my daughters aren’t seeing it,” the Oscar winner told a U.K. paper. “But they’ve also declared that they don’t want to see it. Neither of them has any interest in seeing Mum like that.”
Turns out, Mum doesn’t even want to see herself like that! Nicole, who shares the girls with husband Keith Urban, admitted she was embarrassed by the raunchy flick at its Venice premiere. “I remember covering my face,” she said, adding, “It was a bit like, ‘Oh gosh, I don’t want to watch myself doing this.’”
