Leah (Kelly Rowland) is about to be made producer of New York’s top morning TV show. But then her player of an ex, Jarrett (Clifford “Method Man” Smith), swoops in to compete for the position.

Cue the they-hate-each-other-till-they-don’t hijinks, with a Greek chorus of girlfriends providing insightful commentary. The great cast, very funny dialogue and realistic romantic advice — it’s based on an actual self-help book — elevate the familiar rom-com plot, making this #goals worthy.
