John Travolta commemorated what would have been his late wife Kelly Preston’s 62nd birthday on October 13 with a loving tribute song he wrote for her.
“I recorded this song for Kelly and I want to share it with you all on her birthday,” Travolta, 71, captioned an Instagram reel featuring the sweet tune. “Happy birthday Kelly, we love you.”
The Grease star signed the post alongside the couple’s two children, Ella, 25, and Ben, 14.
“I’m gonna love you, like nobody’s loved you, come rain or come shine,” the Hairspray actor crooned. “High as a mountain, and deep as a river, come rain or come shine. I guess when you met me, it was just, just one of those things, but don’t you ever bet me, ‘cause I’m gonna be true if you let me.”

He continued to sing in the ballad: “You’re gonna love me, like nobody’s loved me.”
“Come rain or come shine, happy together, unhappy together, now won’t that be fine? Days may be cloudy or sunny, we’re in or we’re out of the money, but I’m with you always, I’m with you rain or shine,” Travolta belted out.
Preston was just 57 when she died in July 2020 after quietly battling breast cancer for two years. Her oldest son with Travolta, Jett, died in January 2009 at the age of 16.
The couple married in 1991 in Paris, France, and were together until Preston’s death.
