‘Vanderpump Rules’ Alum Tom Schwartz Claps Back Amid Claim He Looks Unrecognizable
Tom Schwartz clapped back after being described as looking “unrecognizable” in recent photos.
The Vanderpump Rules alum, 43, reshared an article featuring the headline, “Vanderpump Rules star Tom Schwartz is unrecognizable as he surfaces looking downcast at 43,” to his Instagram Story on Thursday, July 23.
“You better sleep with one eye open,” he wrote over the screenshot with a sobbing emoji while tagging the outlet.
The reality star’s girlfriend, Kiana Carroll, also responded with a recent clip of her beau.
“It was a bad angle guys,” she shared over a video of Schwartz at the beach.
The photos in question showed the former Schwartz & Sandy’s owner wearing a textured grey T-shirt, jeans and dark sunglasses, as he walked his dogs in Los Angeles.
Fans were quick to defend The Valley star on social media after the photos surfaced.
“As someone who is currently in their chubby flop era, Schwartz is the representation I need on TV,” one fan wrote via Reddit.
“I just saw him at a bar in Venice a couple of weeks ago and he did NOT look this bad,” another wrote.
A third added, “This feels cruel. Also I saw him recently and he didn’t look like that so I think it’s probably angle/food baby.”
Schwartz, who was previously married to Katie Maloney, starred on Vanderpump Rules from season 1 through season 11.
