Jessica Alba ‘Calling All the Shots’ in Danny Ramirez Romance: ‘Follow Her Marching Orders or You Are Done’ (Exclusive)

Danny Ramirez is getting teased by his friends for letting girlfriend Jessica Alba wear the pants in their relationship, Star has learned.

“Make no mistakes, behind the scenes of this relationship, Jessica is calling all the shots and seriously pressuring Danny to level up to her standards,” a source says of the Honest Company co-founder, 44.

Alba, who helped turn the eco-friendly brand into a billion-dollar business before stepping down as Chief Creative Officer in April 2024, began dating the Top Gun: Maverick star, 33, in July shortly after she split from ex-husband Cash Warren, with whom she shares daughters Honor, 17, and Haven, 14, and son Hayes, 7.

“Jessica is treating this whole relationship like a start-up and she’s very much in founder mode at the moment,” the source adds. “You follow her marching orders or you are done.”

So far, the Top Gun: Maverick star, 33, has been glad to do so.

“You can already see some of the changes she’s implemented in Danny’s personal style, his hair and grooming, and the ‘smoldering’ vibe he projects whenever he and Jessica are out together,” notes the source.

As for the teasing, it doesn’t seem to bother Ramirez all that much.

“Danny is happy to play by Jessica’s rules because he’s in love and he wants this thing to last,” shares the source. “He made these adjustments to make Jessica happy.”

That being said, “Danny has to know that Jessica would drop him like a hot potato if he didn’t,” hints the source.
