Things got heated at The View table on Tuesday, October 20, when Ana Navarrosnapped at her cohosts for turning a serious conversation into a Disney punchline.
Haines, 49, Griffin, 37, and Hostin, 57, said they’d pull up a chair. Goldberg, 70, and Navarro, 54, said absolutely not.
Griffin admitted she’d go, even though Trump, 80, has called her “a loser, a clown, and many other things.” She said she’d use the opportunity to push for Ukraine in its war with Russia.
“The president doesn’t know my name, so I’m waiting for my invite,” Haines joked.
“There is no way in hell I would want to break bread or be in the same room with a man whose administration is hunting Latinos,” she fumed.
Haines tried to defuse the tension with a quip about the classic animated film.
“It’s not Lady and the Tramp; you’re not going to slurp pasta,” she said, as the table burst out laughing.
That only fueled Navarro’s anger.
“Stop, this is not funny,” she shot back. “What he’s doing to Latinos is criminal.”
She accused the administration of “killing Latinos, chasing them, hunting them, racially profiling them, torturing them.”

Meanwhile, Trump had only good things to say about his night with the trio of men.
“We talked about everything, it lasted a long time,” he told reporters, per ABC 7.
“Even though they have to sort of put on a certain little facade for their people, they like Trump, and I actually like them,” the president added. “We had a great time.”
