Hugh Jackman and Sutton Foster ‘Looked Madly in Love’ and ‘Didn’t Leave Each Other’s Side’ at Event (Exclusive)
Hugh Jackman and Sutton Foster were all lovey-dovey at an event in New York City.
On Monday, December 1, the couple attended the 35th Annual Gotham Film Awards at Cipriani Wall Street, where Jackman, 57, received the musical tribute honor, along with his co-star Kate Hudson, for their performance in Song Sung Blue.
In a video posted on Instagram, the Deadpool & Wolverine star and the Younger alum, 50, could be seen laughing and chatting as Jackman rubbed her arm and touched her hand.
“They looked madly in love,” a source exclusively tells Star. “Couldn’t keep their eyes off each other and didn’t leave each other’s side the whole night.”
The Greatest Showman star looked dapper as he donned a classic suit and tie. Meanwhile, the Broadway actress dazzled in a black sequin dress, white coat, and pumps.
As Star previously reported, the pair costarred in the Broadway revival of The Music Man from 2022 to 2023, and went public with their relationship in January.
“It was all about timing and respecting their exes, but they felt they’d waited long enough,” an insider revealed in March.
In September 2023, after 27 years of marriage, Jackman split from his wife Deborra Lee Furness, with whom he shares kids Oscar, 25, and Ava, 20. Furness, 70, officially filed for divorce in May 2025, and it was finalized in June.
As for Foster, she filed for divorce from her husband, Ted Griffin, in October 2024. The former couple share 7-year-old daughter Emily.
