Harry Jowsey Says ‘DWTS’ Cast Cut Off Contact When ‘The Next Season Came Around’: ‘It Was Horrible’

Harry Jowsey is explaining why he no longer has a relationship with his former Dancing with the Stars castmates.

On Wednesday, March 11, the reality TV personality, 28, appeared on Danielle Fishel‘s Pod Meets World podcast and discussed his post-show experience after competing on season 32 with pro dancer Rylee Arnold.

“I had the best time. Everyone was really lovely, and then they weren’t,” the Too Hot to Handle alum remarked, claiming “everyone stops talking to you” when it’s time for the new season to begin.

“The next season came around of the show, and I realized a lot of the people would not text me back or unfollowed me,” he recalled. “Biggest thing that upset me the most is when my dad had passed, no one texted me, and I was really close to them. No one had texted me apart from Sasha [Farber]. And I was like, ‘OK.’ So I was like, ‘I don’t know if you guys are really my friends…’ It was horrible.”

“I’m kind of glad that I’m not friends with any of them because of when my dad had passed,” he added.

Jowsey further shared that when he posted an Instagram tribute in December 2024 revealing his dad had passed, his former castmates just gave it a like.

“And I’m like, I would have moved mountains, If it was you, I would have been there,” he stated. “So I think that’s why I’m like, I’m kind of glad that that chapter [is behind me].”

Additionally, Jowsey questioned whether the performers were “really real people,” but insisted “it’s all good,” as he understands the show can be a “bubble.”

“I think when you’re a dancer, and you’re on that show, that’s like you made the NFL because a lot of the other pros that leave the show, they’re kind of like the outcasts, they don’t really talk to them, so it’s a bit weird,” he said before admitting, “I’m probably going to get in trouble for that but I don’t really care.”
