“We took a moment to have a child and enjoy our off season,” 39-year-old Chmerkovskiy, who shares son Rome, 2, with Johnson, told the outlet. “But man, what a treat to be back on the road and to do it at a time when the show is in its peak again and experiencing this incredible renaissance with a whole new audience. I’m very excited to get out on the road.”
Under the direction and choreography of Emmy-award winner Mandy Moore, audiences will reportedly see a mix of standout routines from recent televised seasons alongside fresh, never-before-seen numbers.
Tickets go on sale Friday, October 10, with a Mirrorball Member presale beginning Wednesday, October 8 via the tour’s official site.
