Hailee Steinfeld and husband Josh Allen are preparing to splash out on a new California mega mansion to house their growing family, Star has learned.
“They have the cash to do something big, and Hailee has said for years that she would love a place in Malibu,” spills a source. “She and Josh are planning to have a large family, so it has to be sizable.”
Though the duo — who announced her pregnancy on Instagram in December — spend a lot of their time in New York, where he’s the quarterback for the Buffalo Bills, they’re already looking ahead to when his playing days are over, according to the source.
“Hollywood has taken notice of Josh,” explains the source. “Either as a broadcaster or an actor, Josh is going to have a media career after he retires.”

Nevertheless, he won’t be hanging up his cleats anytime soon: In 2025, NFL Network’s Ian Rapoportreported that the one-time league MVP, 29, inked a fresh, six-year deal with the Bills for a cool $330 million.
“He’s like a deity in Buffalo,” the source tells Star. “They’re already living pretty large, but Josh and Hailee need a base on the west coast that’s worthy of their growing profile too.”
On Tuesday, March 17, the Sinners actress, 29, revealed via Substack that she was thrown a nursery rhyme-inspired baby shower at the pair’s current LA home.
“I can’t believe that this little person, who no one has even met yet, is so loved,” she wrote of the March 14 bash. “Everyone brought a book, so this baby is building quite the little library.”
