Timothée Chalamet took home the Best Actor Award for his role in Marty Supreme at Sunday’s Critics Choice Awards, but MichaelB. Jordan’s reaction stole the moment.
Jordan, 38 — who was also up for the award for his role in Sinners — appeared less than impressed by Chalamet’s win and emotional speech.
“And lastly, I’ll just say, thank you to my partner of three years,” Chalamet, 30, said in his speech, referring to girlfriend Kylie Jenner. “Thank you for our foundation. I love you, I couldn’t do this without you. Thank you for the bottom of my heart.”

Cameras cut to Jordan, catching his unreadable reaction as he simply smirked while showing no emotion, which instantly became a meme.
“Just putting it out there if Michael B. Jordan needs a hug, I’m here,” one fan tweeted alongside a screenshot of Jordan’s reaction.
“The camera being on Michael B Jordan while Timothee says thank you to my partner of three years 😭” another wrote, sharing a split image of the two actors.
“‘Thank you to my partner of three years…’ *cuts to michael b jordan,” another tweeted.
A fourth user questioned, “Why does the cut lowkey make it seems like his partner is Michael B Jordan?”

While Jordan did not win for Best Actor, his costar Miles Caton won the Young Performer Award. Ryan Coogler also won for Best Screenplay, and Ludwig Goransson won Best Composer for Sinners.
