The talk show host, who turns 51 Feb. 22, is one celeb who is refusing to fight the effects of age with everything in her dermatologist’s — or plastic surgeon’s — arsenal. “I haven’t done anything, and I want to try to stay that way,” she told her audience shortly after turning 50. Not that she judges those who do opt for some nips and tucks. “Whatever works for you,” she said, acknowledging that looking good can change a person’s perspective. “I know this woman who went through so much stuff in her life, and she just did something, and it made her feel so good about herself.”

That’s something the former child star can understand: She underwent a breast reduction in 1992, saying she felt “self-conscious” with her size. “You find whatever you wear, you look heavy. It’s uncomfortable.”
