As for Ripa’s husband and cohost, Mark Consuelos, he dubbed looksmaxxing “stupid” and said people “should probably do less of that” the outlet reported. However, “proteinmaxxing” at the gym interested the Riverdale alum, 55, and he admitted, “I kind of like it now!”
Proving her point about the audience not wanting to hear about maxxing, Ripa joked, “I just watched an entire audience of people go to sleepmaxxing.”
According to Dictionary.com, “Maxxing is a word that refers to the practice of pursuing an activity to the fullest or optimizing a certain aspect of your life.”
