Blake Lively may be facing another setback as her beverage business appears to be winding down following her highly publicized legal battle with Justin Baldoni.
Lively’s alcoholic beverage brand, Betty Booze, is slowly shutting down, according to a report TMZ published Wednesday, November 4.
Lively, 39, entered the beverage industry in 2021 with Betty Buzz, a line of nonalcoholic sparkling mixers. She expanded the business in 2023 with Betty Booze, offering ready-to-drink cocktails, the outlet reported.
“I don’t drink. I know that’s odd coming from the wife of an infamous gin slinger,” the Gossip Girl actress said, per the report, when she first introduced Betty Buzz in September 2021.
TMZ reviewed trademark filings connected to Lively’s company and found that several applications had been abandoned.

The abandoned applications covered beer-based beverages, nonalcoholic carbonated drinks and other products. However, the trademarks for Betty Buzz and Betty Booze remain active, per the report.
The company’s social media activity has also slowed.
Betty Buzz’s Instagram account has not shared a new post since April 5, while Betty Booze last posted on the social media site on September 28. Both accounts had previously been active for years.
Betty Buzz products have been sold at Whole Foods, while Betty Booze drinks have been carried by Total Wine, the outlet reported.

Neither Lively nor her beverage company has publicly announced a shutdown.
As Star previously reported, Lively had accused Baldoni and others of misconduct and retaliation connected to the film. Baldoni denied wrongdoing, and the two sides eventually reached a settlement before their scheduled trial.
